Maliang Brushes privacy policy

Maliang Brushes collects only the information needed to provide accounts, downloads, purchases, customer support, and site analytics.

Google Sign-In

When you sign in with Google, Google provides your name, verified email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We also store authentication and session records needed to keep your account signed in securely. Maliang Brushes does not request or access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendars.

We use this Google account information to create and secure your Maliang Brushes account, connect trial downloads and purchases to the correct customer, show files you own in My Library, and allow you to download purchased brush files again. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Purchases, downloads, and email

We store your email address, order history, and brush entitlements so purchases can be delivered and downloaded again. We also keep aggregate download events to understand which brush packs are useful; those aggregate events do not include your email address or IP address. If you subscribe to product updates, we use your email only for that subscription until you unsubscribe.

Service providers and analytics

Cloudflare hosts the site, account database, and protected downloads. Payment goes through Creem, the merchant of record that handles card data; Maliang Brushes does not receive your full card details. Resend delivers transactional and subscription email. Google Analytics measures site visits and may set analytics cookies.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and purchase records while your account is active and as needed to provide downloads, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, contact customer support at hello@maliangbrushes.com. We will respond within one week.
